If you purchase services, billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe. SolvStream does not store your payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information needed for delivery and accounting (for example, purchase confirmation and invoice details).

Responding to enquiries and communicating with you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (running the business) or steps prior to a contract.

Security and fraud prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

4. Who we share data with
We may share personal data with trusted service providers that help run the website and business, including:
Website hosting and infrastructure.
Email and calendar providers (Google/Gmail, Cal.com).
Analytics providers (only if enabled and, where required, only after consent).
Payment processing (Stripe). SolvStream does not store your payment card details directly; these are handled by Stripe.
Professional advisers (for example, accountant), where necessary.
Calendar and booking tools (Cal.com), which process your name, email address, and booking details when you schedule a call.
AI-powered tools on this site (such as diagnostic tools or calculators) may use third-party AI services, including OpenAI. Information you enter into these tools may be processed by those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend not entering sensitive personal data into these tools.
These providers act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:
Enquiries and general correspondence: up to 2 years from the last contact.
Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus up to 30 days for processing.
Contractual and invoicing records: up to 6 years, as required by Spanish tax and accounting obligations.
Website analytics data: up to 26 months (if analytics cookies are enabled).
